Name Badge Replacement – Trinity Woods Tulsa Portal

Trinity Woods Tulsa members will be issued one complimentary name badge with either a magnetic back or a clip on back. Those who have pace makers should not wear the magnetized name badge as it may cause interference with their device.
There will be a $15.00 charge to replace a lost badge which will be added to Member's monthly statement.*
